A green celebration
Living in Flagstaff, it’s easy to treat everyday as Earth Day.
But, this is true 👇🏼
Get moving, go green ♻️
This week, make time to look at the beauty that surrounds you and do something green. Whether it’s recycling, volunteering or attending one of our many campus events — we make it easy to be green and sustainable too.
From April 17–21, NAU Campus dining will be hosting SLOW Food lunch menus at the Hot Spot, which will include local, organic, whole foods.

Dr. Sara Souther of the University of Wisconsin-Madison will be presenting on “Looking within the range: Species’ response to climate change,” part of LCI’s Spring Speaker Series. 6:30–8:00pm, Agriculture to Appetites
Agriculture to Appetites is a free roundtable community discussion about the sustainability of regional agriculture in the face of a warming climate, rising land prices, and other challenges. Hear local experts on sustainable agriculture, then brainstorm with neighbors. Check out the FaceBook event here.
