March your way to a healthier YOU
March is National Nutrition month — get ready to get healthy!

A new month is a new chance to make a change, for the better! Use these tips for at-home workouts and guides for dorm-room approved meal/snack prep to make this your healthiest month yet!
Dorm room healthy foods

Prepping healthy snacks to have on-hand will prevent you from binge-ing on microwave popcorn and hershey’s bars during your all night study sessions.
Lumberjack Tip: Have a shoe organizer laying around?

Utilize your resources and fill it up with healthy granola bars, dried fruit, and yes — even kale chips. You’ll feel prepped and you’ll feel primed for your workout.
At-home (or in-room) workouts

Want a feel good mood boost? Try these dorm-approved workouts that are sure to get your blood pumping and don’t require any equipment other than yourself!

When you’re done with your workouts, refresh with a tasty smoothie (one of the easiest ways to get your fruit & veggie intake)!
