Aloha! I’m Arianne Yago, a senior at NAU. I have been blessed with an amazing and colorful life, and here is a snapshot of it in 5 pictures.

Major: Strategic Communications with an Emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising

Year: Senior

Two things I love: my dad and food.

My dad has been there since day one, and has been my number one supporter and mentor.

One of the things that we do best when I’m home in Hawaii is eat. I love food, all food, but not as much as my dad of course.

Scholarship, style, success, and service.

As Miss Cactus Blossom, I will be competing in the Miss Arizona scholarship pageant in June.

My platform is Mentoring One Note at a Time, and is inspired with my work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff.

Big Brothers Big Sisters…Big Impact.

I joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff last year, and it has been the best decision of my life.

My little Santitha has been an integral part of my college career, and has taught me how to be a better role model, sister, student, and person.

Through our passion for music… and food, we have bonded and have really made a connection.

If you have the time, become a Big today, it will change your life.

The family that I chose

You really do meet lifelong friends in college, and here are mine.

From all the laughs, cries, ups and downs, these girls have been there for me since my Freshman year at NAU.

Koa and Mom graduate 2k18

I got Koa my second year at NAU, and he is my little bundle of happiness. He has been there for me at my worst, and at my best.

Thank you for all the fun memories, let’s go make some more. Here’s to us little guy!
